Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with PalletWrapping. We value your business and aim to ensure you get the best service possible so you can wrap it right, every time! Our returns & refunds policies are as follows:
Refunds & Returns:
- We value your satisfaction and trust. However, due to our policies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that you have already purchased unless they are defective or damaged.
- If the product is faulty, we will replace the product, as per the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
Damage or delivery of incorrect goods
- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a wrong or a faulty product. Please let us know immediately and we will make arrangements to get the right product to you.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, you will have the option to either backorder the product or get a 100% refund on the damaged product.
Shipping
- All orders will be processed & dispatched on the same business day by 4.00PM.
